Please do yourself a favor and call H.I.T Construction LLC BEFORE you even call your insurance company. Even if you love your agent, they are not in charge of how youre dealt with and insurance companies want to pay as little as possible.
Our insurance companies adjuster took one look at Jeff and his crew and knew they meant business at the very start. We went from thinking they would offer enough for a patch job to a large check, resulting in a new beautiful high quality roof on our home and our detached garage (that was both completed in ONE DAY, actually less than 12 hours) and incredible damage repair inside as well that had resulted from the damaged roof. It seemed like it was too good to be true to walk away with quality work and pay ONLY YOUR DEDUCTIBLE but thats exactly what we got. Were so happy we went with H.I.T and you will be too!

This was my first experience with a contractor. I was very nervous about the process. At first communication was a bit spotty. When I spoke with Jeff about it he redoubled his efforts to provide excellent service. It turned out he was going through a lot himself, and was just closing the deal on his own personal new home. He was very apologetic, and he was very honest about the timeframe we were looking at. He provided all his services well within a timely fashion, with my only involvement being to pick out the colors I wanted for various items. When the crew came out to work, they were extremely professional, did excellent work, and took painstaking care to not damage anything in the process. He did an honest job and I would highly recommend him and HIT construction.

Hit is truly honest, integrity, and trust. We were first time home buyers who bought our house trusting the people who said they fixed our roof. Not long after the move we noticed a leak and a small hole quickly began to show through our ceiling. Needless to say the roof was not fixed and we couldn't afford our full deductable to replace it. Not only did hit work with us to make reasonable payments but they took care of the business side of things. I barley had to lift a finger. They went above and beyond to make my roof look amazing and they never took the word no from my insurance company. They fought for me until the end to get me the new roof my family needed. There entire team was super nice and worked fast. I couldn't have had a better experience than I did with hit construction! Thanks hit!
