I asked for an estimate on the total cost of my tax return and their response was to drop me as a client. Apparently, asking questions before signing an engagement letter/contract is frowned upon. I was told that my tax return would be too costly for me - assuming that I could not afford it... Even though I've been their client for 2+ years with no financial issues. Now I have to quickly find a new CPA in less than 7 weeks before taxes are due. How unprofessional and inconsiderate? I truly hope that other clients are treated far better than this...

I would highly recommend them!
Not only had my personal taxes done but also took care of my mom's estate taxes. Mary Kay is very personable and was great to work with.
