Cari was a sweetheart, she assisted me the best way she could. I felt Bill over charged me & he rejected every part I purchased for my car as if it was the wrong part... so he could charge for parts & labor. I'm thankful to get my car out of his hands .

I went here to look at a vehicle they were selling out of this location. The lady behind the desk was nice, but the older white-haired gentleman was so rude and condescending that I decided to pass on the vehicle they had, even though I was interested. The gentleman I'm referring to completely ignored the woman who was helping me. She was trying to ask him a question for me. He walked off without even acknowledging her. To make it worse, when he came back into the room (after I waited about 5 minutes) he went back to doing something else and completely ignored the lady in the office and me. I have no idea what his problem was but after seeing how he treats his fellow employees, (not sure exactly who he is) I wanted nothing to do with this business. This is all after I took the time to look at the car they were selling (for my son) and him driving one hour each way to see the car.

The worst costumer service ever! I was told one price at the beginning and changed me double! This is not how you treat costumers at no point! The lady that works there at the beginning was very nice and then she turned completely a different person very rude and started yelling sat me. She told me to pay and to leave, I was kicked out for her rudeness.
