Centier Bank

Double charged my account and refused to fix the issue or give me information for their department manager. Nothing but snakes and snobs who need to be rounded up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE SLEAZE BALL SCUMBAGS!

I do not bank with them, however I had a check issued through them. They cashed the check for me, was very polite respectful and professional. Thank you very much for the great service.

Centier bank sucks. Every simple thing is a hassle. New atm cards? No problem, they just won't work. They'll keep throwing new cards at you but will never solve the problem. New checks? Use the link in the check book which is also the link in the app to order new checks. But that link doesn't work and won't let you order unless you have the bank order for you. Then they won't update your address without visiting the branch location. Can't do it online, can't do it over the phone, can't do it over the app. Only in person at the branch. The single most inconvenient bank I've had the displeasure of using.

If I could give this place a negative star, I would horrible every time I come in to cash my check theres always some sort of problem and I have to have them send it back to me and literally take it down the street and have it cashed at another Centier this time around the teller at the Centier wrote on the back of my check and a aqua green pan to where I had issues to cashing my check and had to get a completely new check from my boss and which I cash my check weekly from its not like I just started a new and its a new employer or a new check to them but when youre living paycheck to paycheck I hardly had the gas to even go back out to get a new check on top of being lucky that I got out early enough that I could make it out there to my work to get a new check and still have time to cash it I am very upset with their service. It costed me extra money that I already dont have and I refuse to ever go back there and I will be completely clearing out and closing my bank account. I will go anywhere else besides sent here from now on.

Called to ask a simple question and Andrea was very rude over the phone. Was wondering if Centier does money wiring, as some banks do not. My dad passed, and my sister asked me to call to see if they do money wiring so that she could transfer the money directly into my account, did not ask for any info on the account, and she treated me as if I was trying to get into the account. In which I prefaced the question that I wasnt trying to get any info on the account, just simply asking a question. Very unsatisfied with the call as she was rude. Will never call back again or even go to this branch. Ridiculous.
