Kylie had contacted me quite some time ago by email after I'd done a search for car insurance rates. The premium from my current company had increased dramatically; I calked to ask about that and was told insurance rates across the industry had similar increases. Imagine my surprise when Kylie quoted a rate for me that was lots lower and included all the same coverage! It took me a couple of months to decide to make the change to State Farm. I'd get an occasional email from Kylie, asking if I'd made a decision. But in no way was she pressuring me! Such a pleasant and helpful young lady! I've enjoyed working with her!

It's only my first day with Statefarm but I'm already happy. Lower premium, better coverage. So glad I made the switch from geico.
