        The Progressive Office is located on the second floor of The Pointe Business Center - where Midwest Express Clinic is located on the first floor, directly across Burr Street from a BP Gas Station. They offered wonderful, professional, friendly and helpful service!

        Rated it 1 star only because we couldnt rate it a 0 star. Dan, a rep at this location REFUSED to transfer my wife to a claims manager after they have been giving us the run around for weeks. Need to have this claim resolved asap
