My daughter took her car to be fixed engine light kept coming on after them having it for two weeks. They came back with all these issues that needed to be fixed. They submitted to the warranty company after they said they fixed it. They sent Bill to the warranty department got paid then turned around gave us a bill double charging what they charge the warranty department Took the car home. The next day light came back on took it back kept it another week said OK its fixed charged another four or $500. Next day light came back on. He said drive it for a couple To see if itll work itself out of course the light did not work itself out Car started shaking smoking again real bad took it back yet again this time they sent it to the main location. They said it was a coil paid another couple hundred dollars next day guess what light came back on They still have not fixed it nor have they made any attempt to fix it. My daughter called and complained to the warranty company. They are investigating From there I guess well get a lawyer. Dont ever take your car to them

Was recommended to this facility because I had a broken stud on my vehicle. Was told it could take two hours and could take all day. They were laughing about it. No price was given to me upfront. I was there under two hours. It took the gentleman in the shop that was working on my truck that was cussing and throwing everything about 40 minutes to complete the job. The gentleman that helped me and his friend were laughing. I asked the gentleman that worked on my truck How many bits he had to go through he told me three. When I go to check out, they lied to me again at the front desk telling me they use 12 and I was charged $300 to get a broke off Lugnut. And I was told even if its under two hours Im still getting charge for two hours of work, which makes no sense to me. I reached out multiple times to pass this on to the owner and apparently they dont care and Ive been told sorry about it theres nothing they can do. It takes two hours and thats the price. I also was told by these people that I had broken motor mounts. They tried to get me to buy those that same day for $1000. I went to two other businesses and I was told my motor mounts were not broken once again they lied and tried to get more money out of me. beware do not do business with the Crownpoint MTI. I would be cautious to do business with this company at all.

Nice team, old school guys, no nonsense. Fair and quick, got my girl back on the road after her accident. We will take cars back there again.
