Integrity Air Duct Cleaning

The worst company for air duct cleaning. Double charged us (almost spent $1000 for a 1200 sq ft home) and refused any reconciliation, even after being told we were over charged. We were originally quoted approximately $400 with a possibility of a little more depending on how many lines the home had. Paid in advance and charged us again at time of service (I originally paid and my husband paid at time of svc, not realizing it was already paid for). They refused any money back stating we signed the invoice.Not worth the time and hassle and would never use this company.

Alan was efficient, friendly, and professional (from Goshen, IN). I was curious about the entire procedure and he was able to explain and show me what he was doing clearly and thoroughly. He cleaned a surprising amount of debris from our vents after a major remodeling project. Our entire cottage is fresher! I highly recommend! Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

I do not recommend this company they are scammers. They sell you a Groupon and that for duct cleaning and all they do is blow air through the ducts. I bought a Groupon that did include 5 suplys and a return. and each extra has a cost of $38. I just needed an extra one because I have 6 supplies in the house. and the technician was trying charging me 3 extra, this says a lot about the company. They charged me 80 and that the trunk was not accessible and the AC unit is in the laundry. I ended up paying in total almost the same as if I called a serious company it would be. Due to work the ducts are just as dirty, the technicians arrived and lasted longer lowering the car's vacuum than they supposedly lasted cleaning the ducts, which was no more than 15 minutes. That really says a lot about that company and about ethical work.

They came within the time frame they gave and called 20 mins before arrival. He was very honest in his assessment of the home and was willing to round down instead of up. We chose not have the home cleaned because he pointed out the signs that the previous owner had received duct cleaning in the past few years and we were probable 3-5 years out for another cleaning. On November 18, 2022, Clayton came to perform a Dryer and Furnace vent cleaning. He was pleasant. However, when trying to do laundry after the dryer vent cleaning, the dryer was no longer drying as it was previously. Our dryer is old, and being that the dryer vent was just cleaned, I thought the dryer had broke. I paid to have a repair company out to fix the dryer only to find that the dryer vent was not properly cleaned and it actually clogged the vent. I was very aggravated about this as I paid $99 for the dryer vent cleaning and tipped the tech 20% ($95.80) on top of the service. I called and requested the $99 and $95.80 to be refunded on 11/28/22. Mark was agreeable to this and indicated the tip would be deducted from the check. I didn't receive the refund check until 12/20/22 and it was only for $99. I contacted Mark again on 12/20/22 letting him know I still need the $95.80 refunded. He responded he would "look into it" but that he wasn't sure he could refund it after all as it is between "me and the technician" and "tips do not have anything to do with the company." However, Mark said he would check with accounting as it had already been added to Clayton's check and taxes had been deducted. I called on 12/29 and left a voicemail for the company and did not get a response. I emailed on 12/30 and contacted Mark again on 12/30. Mark stated he would check but it was out of his hands because the tip isn't the company's to refund. Mark confessed that this issue had never occurred before and weren't sure how to handle it until further investigation revealed the tip didn't have anything to do with the company. I then asked for the $95.80 to be refunded from the Furnace Vent cleaning to which he refused because there was nothing wrong with the furnace vent cleaning. However, after the time (over a month dealing with this), energy, inconvenience, cost of a repair man coming to look at the dryer, it would be the right thing to do refund the money originally promised.
