Ive edited my review from 1 to 5 stars. After I left my last review, Travis, the manager contacted me and apologized for the customer service issues and rectified the situation by fixing the paint bubbles and rust that had begun spreading on the spot that was worked out previously and it looks great again. I will definitely continue taking my vehicles to Eby Collision. Service: Painting

I hit a deer in September 2022. The deer was small and actually was stuffed inside my grill into my radiator and what ever is behind the radiator. My insurance company agreed to have the car repaired. We took it to Eby's and I wish we hadn't. They didn't have it completed until the week before Christmas and that was after many phone calls attempting to get information as to when it would be ready. The first hot day we had in April, I realize my air conditioning doesn't work, and now it is leaking coolant. I will now need to take it to the dealership to have it repaired properly and pay out of pocket to repair what Eby's were paid to fix, but didn't. UPDATE: My husband got a call from Eby Collision 15 minutes after I wrote this review. They asked if we would be willing to bring the car in so they could make it right, so we did. They corrected all of the things my husband found that were not right, replaced a part, repaired the air conditioning, repaired the coolant leak, washed the outside of the car and polished my headlights, all for free. They absolutely made it right. And, I owe them an apology for not contacting them to give them the opportunity to make it right BEFORE I submitted my review. I assumed that after all the challenges we had in December, they wouldn't do anything, but that wasn't fair to them. Thank you to Eby Collision! Services: Painting, Air conditioning
