CRANIAL FACIAL RELEASE (CFR). If you haven't heard about this procedure, I encourage you to research it. I am currently having it done at Natural Health Family Chiropractic by Dr. Lindholm and the results I am seeing are great! I was a heavy mouth breather due to my left septum being deviated. I also had a constant drainage that would produce an annoying cough. Some of the benefits that I have notice are I now breath through my nose and not my mouth. I also smell better and I've notice that food taste better. After doing any kind of exercise, my recovery time is much shorter. The soreness in my muscles seem to go away much quicker. I cannot thank Dr. Lindholm enough, this procedure has made the quality of my health better. Also the drainage I was constantly dealing with is gone. No more annoying cough.

I would like to share my experience about Dr Lindholm. First of all , for over a year I had so much pain going on with my back. It effected my right leg down to my foot. I could hardly walk. I went to a pain doctor and was with in days of having a stimulation device put in my back. My son kept telling me to go see Dr Lindholm.Well I thought I would try him before having something put in my back. I will always be so grateful to him. He is such a blessing to my life. I really can't say enough about how wonderful he is. I was taking so many pain pills and that has all changed since Dr.Lindholm and his staff came into my life. Thank all of you and bless you all.

Dr. Lindholm and his staff were amazing. I came to them for Cranial Facial Release after having difficulty breathing through my nose for about 10 years. After our 4 treatments the results have been fantastic! Highly recommend
