Very horrible insurance, deny claims after telling you on the phone that they will be covered.

Terrible customer service from Joey. My Dr office as well as my daughters orthodontist office and my wife complained to me about his unprofessional attitude. I called and asked to speak with him and to my surprise (Sarcasm) he in fact was unpleasant to deal with. The medical coverage is ok however. I would like to put less than 1 star due to the customer service.
