        Laura Swinehart is an incredibly difficult and dismissive person to work with. I buy for a major aerospace company, and I was very much appalled by the responses and lack of business interest I received from her. Completely disrespectful and I literally had to hold her hand every step of the way to respond to a request for quote. For example, asking me about billing when instructions are readily available, refusing to quote, not recommending distributors who actually held stock, you name it. I felt like I was bothering her to get information about a part, and again, I work for a very large company, so it was a true demand, not a RFI request or anything. Pretty disgusted.
