        Was charged an extra $1.50 for choosing fire cracker shrimp as one of my entrees. No where in that restaurant did it say it was extra nor did any employee tell me til I saw the bill.

        Locked the doors way before closing time. Multiple customers turned away. Tried the drive-through and was told "sorry we're closed. We close at 10". It was 930. If you have a closing issue, then put your hours of closing earlier. Find somewhere else to eat that wants customers. I heard MOD pizza across the way will happily take your order.

        This Panda Express is the absolute worse every single time I come they are out of everything! This time I waited 15 minutes in line just for them to tell me they were out of teriyaki chicken . Whoever the owner is needs to do better at ordering product or assistance management with the correct ordering process !
