Very professional. Very kind and caring and good at explaining all details. Did an amazing job fixing my old clarinet and knows what she is talking about. Very reasonable price for job. Could of easily paid double anywhere else. I will be back for future repairs.

First I would like to say after calling 2 places recommended to me and those places not answering their phone or returning my call I went to search on Google someone else. G &Y came up on the search and I remembered an acquaintance using them and posting it on Facebook. When I called, my call was answered, I was able to come the same day. This business is very professional and KNOWS CLARINETS! I am so pleased with what I learned and how my family heirloom Clarinet was restored. This Clarinet was my aunts, then my moms, then mine and now my eldest daughters. It looks practically brand new and sounds wonderful. If I could give 10 stars I would. Now lets talk about price: more than half off of the price I paid to have the clarinet LOOKED AT 4 years ago. I had the works done for half the price. I am so pleased! Turn around time was days! DAYS! Not weeks like other places. Absolutely wonderful!
