I bought a pre-owned vehicle, didn't notice the locking lug nuts until I had a flat. Turns out the previous owner didn't leave the lug key. I'm a veteran on disability, my daughter is 5 and she's autistic. I gave Monteith's a call and within 20 minutes they were on site. Friendly and professional, they really came through when I needed them.

Great group of people at the Elkhart location. Had a tire issue - picked up a screw - fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Clean place with professional people. Highly recommend!

If you ever want amazing service go to Monteith tire on cassopolis Street in Elkhart and ask for Tim Hunter !! Everybody in there was so friendly.. helped me in every way possible.. Tim Hunter went out above and beyond everything to get me my tires, even Calling the warranty department that rejected my claim Tim was able to turn that around and get me my tires He is amazing and I greatly appreciate him and his team for all that they had done. Thank you greatly Tim for all that you do its greatly appreciated !!
