BIG REVIEW FOR LOCAL IDIOTS !!! GO BIG TOW TOMS TOWING AND SERVICE , Located on County Road 12 Elkhart, In.46514. First let's start with the website that advertises they're open 24 hours. That is false advertisement A BIG OL LIE. CAUSE THEY ARE NOT Yeah you can have a tow truck 24 hours they'll gladly pick your vehicle up, but nothing else is open because it makes them money TO HOLD OUR VEHICLES HOSTAGE WHILE THEY DESTROY THEM . there's no one to answer the phone's at night THAT HAS ANY KNOWLEDGE OF PRICES OR WHAT IT TAKES TO GET YOUR VEHICLE BACK ONCE IT'S BEEN ABOUNDED nor is there no one to answer the phones on the weekend, WHEN THEY ARE CHARGING YOU FOR STORAGE THAT YOU DO NOT WANT, AS THEY HOLD YOUR VEHICLE HOSTAGE. When it comes TIME FINALLY to try to get your vehicle back THE STAFF DOES EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO KEEP POSSESSION OF YOUR VEHICLE OR THE BELONGINGS IN IT. PROFESSIONALISM, OUT THE WINDOW !!!! the staff or at least the drivers are extremely lacking of intelligence when it comes to towing a vehicle, or knowing the proper equipment to use to tow a vehicle as they T00K MY TRUCK APART RATHER THAN USE THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT TO TOW MY VEHICLE. INSTEAD OF BEING EDUCATED ENOUGH TO GET THE PROPER TRUCK TO TOW A VEHICLE, OR USING THEIR BRAINS AND PUTTING DOLLIES UNDERNEATH THE TIRES THEY TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO DISASSEMBLE MY TRUCK AND REMOVE PART OF THE DRIVETRAIN WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR MY KNOWLEDGE, ..... Moors or Howard's or TOMS 24hr towing would have got the proper equipment to tow it. The great thing about it for the other towing company is these idiots are their competition. Somebody should put these guys out of business before they make the whole industry look bad AGAIN, TOM'S TOWING AND SERVICE CENTER YOU GUYS ARE DEFINITELY THE CREAM OF THE CROP, your lack of intelligence and know-how IS SECOND TO NONE YOU GUYS DEFINITELY WIN FIRST PRIZE THERE. AND LET ME NOT FAIL TO MENTION NOT ONLY DID THEY DISASSEMBLE THE DRIVETRAIN IN MY AUTOMOBILE BUT THEY ALSO charge me $90 extra for their undereducated driver to take my truck apart. ONE LAST THING I'D LIKE TO POINT OUT IS TOM'S TOWING AND SERVICE IS A LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED COMPANY THAT USED TO BE LOCATED ON COUNTY ROAD 10 ACROSS THE STREET FROM ITS OWNERS. SO WITH THAT BEING SAID I WOULD LIKE EVERYBODY TO LOOK INTO THE FACT THAT When the company shuts its doors at one location only to open up somewhere else A SHORT TIME LATER that should probably give us all a clue as to how they do business.
