Leisure Living: Communities for Seniors

I've been here for several years and I've really liked it. I've enjoyed it the maintenance personnel here are friendly and helpful. Kyle does a great job. He's been here a few times helping me with things. I appreciate everything and Kyle needs to get a raise. He's a good worker and a good employee. Thank you very much.

A month after I moved out I received a call from a collection agency saying I owed LL money. I called LL and they said I owed a water bill and carpet cleaning. I asked why they never billed me and she said they dont have to. If its not paid in 15 days after moving out, it goes to the collection agency. How can we pay a bill that we dont know about? I contacted Stone Creek and they did remove the carpet cleaning because it was never done after I moved. Beware. They are scamming seniors. I also had a bathroom light fall and was hanging by 2 electrical cords. I called the office at 9:10 am. By noon Mtce had never come so I called the emergency number and the ofc had never reported it. They were there in 5 minutes after that.
