I am disabled, my husband got me a 4 hour deep clean, which is a once in a lifetime gift for how much we have!! I was having a rough year, it was a special birthday, and my parents was coming, is why he bought it for me. They sent two girls for 2 hours instead, we have a 900 square foot house. The girls was nice, but obviously was young girls who hadnt done this long, had alot of questions and confusion! They said have a list of what we wanted done and have more in mind because they almost always get done with plenty of time with such a big package! Well they don't move furniture or items on tables due to weight and breakage, so no DEEP clean to package we bought, although on groupon and on the phone that my husband spoke to before buying said they did in the big deep clean package, instead in 2 hours two girls dusted around every item on table, and you could tell they went around the items on the tables, and across top of drapes, cleaned the bathroom, and sweep but had to borrow my sweeper that I had to dump and clean out after, it's a no bag vacuum, plus they didn't take the trash or anything, just left their mess for us to clean up!! It was a job I could have easily done on our house by my limited disabled self, yet this was an expensive 4 hour deep clean. When I called the office to complain the lady was rude, stated she backed her girls on that they don't move items, and that they did all they could on the list in the time they was to be there, didn't care what I said or felt as her customer, or even try to apologies or fix anything!! We had to go and spend 2 days deep cleaning our house ourself before family got there the next couple days after this company came to clean, so if that tells you how good they can clean a 900 square foot house with 2 pepole, I font know what else to say but I'd say run, don't even consider, they broke my husbands heart who thought he had gotten me a gift of our lifetime to only be our loss of a lifetime of money we really could have used because we had to do it ourselves anyhow!!!

I purchase a groupon for 4 hours of deep residential cleaning for $150.00 They arrived 20 mintues late The first item on the list was to clean the windows We have (9) double pane windows they cleaned and took an1 1/2 hours I cleaned both sides of a window and it took me 6 minutes...that gives you an idea of the pace they worked at , should have taken at most 45 mintues with 2 people At that time we were told that the 2 hours was actually only 2 hours with 2 people and their time was almost up , this was not the information i received when i scheduled the appointment Also one of the workers asked for a drink while working They dusted (2) ceiling fans and left 15 minutes early I attempted to contact the office to give them an opportunity to redeem their poor services but after 3 messages no call was returned , very unprofessional I HIGHLY recommend not using their service
