When I was looking for a contractor I knew he was going to have to be someone who would want a challenge.
I wanted an energy efficient house with ideas that were not common around this part of the country.
Mark was that contractor!! He didn't try and talk me out of my ideas but took on my challenes and ran with them and enjoyed the process.
I wanted my walls to have SIP panel's, but they just weren't available around here. So mark made his own SIP WALLS, same concept but cost less.
Mark is a very type, A personality, which is great in a contractor. He is driven and takes his job seriously. He Keeps his worksite clean and tidy, weather permitting.
At the end of the build, my house had one of the lowest HERS scores in the area. Mark had achieved my goal of an energy efficient home.
The last thought I will leave with you is, I had a friend ask me "Would I build a house again?" I thought for a moment and said yes I would if I had Mark as my contractor.
