        I suffered a dental emergency over the weekend. We contacted the office on Sunday and Dr. Shephard took time out of his day off on Monday to get me right. This was despite me not being the best and most loyal patient over the years. I cannot thank him and his staff enough.

        I missed one of my childrens appointments due to Covid. I apologized and took ownership. I have never missed an appointment prior. Surly receptionist advised a $100 deposit would be required to continue treatment. Ludacris. I was nice, asked for a conditional exception. Was refused. Lots of great dentists in the EVV. I wont be back.

        By far the best Dentist and staff Ive ever had and Ive had a lot of dental work over the years. A very relaxed atmosphere and overall happy environment to be in.
