My wife scheduled an emergency appointment, because I had a broken tooth and was in a lot of pain. She told them, twice, that I was new and gave them my insurance. I was grateful and hopeful until I got there and was told that whoever scheduled it screwed up and that they couldnt see me because I was a new patient. They had a different person by the same name with different insurance and a different spouse. They didnt even for my birthdate, basic secretarial info in the medical field.
As Im standing, shaking from the pain, they tell me that they can see me in May after they already humiliated me in front of the entire lobby and office staff. Everyone was staring at me, because they screwed up. If their office staff pays so little attention to detail, Im afraid to see what the dental staff does. Theyd probably work on the wrong tooth or give me an antibiotic that allergic to.

I absolutley LOVE Dr. Ashley. However his staff is rude. Also the billing is terrible. I switched insurance companies and notified the office and someone didn't change the information in the system so when I went for my cleaning that I thought was covererd. I was out of network and my cleaning cost me $200.00 that I didn't have. I got it paid down to $100.00 balance due and called to try and resolve the bill. They would not take a penny less and infact tacked on over due charges. I was willing to go without for a few weeks to resolve the bill and they wouldn't budge not even $20.00 off of the bill. I will NEVER go back to a dentist office that has zero compasion for people. The only reason I am giving it 1 star is again because Dr. Ashley is amazing. I just wish they ran the business with a little more compassion.
