I was on a time schedule having dental work done to have a much needed surgery. He worked me in when needed and referred me for outside work I needed done. Ian and his staff made me feel welcome and cared about. They made sure I was ready for my surgery! I highly recommend Ian for any dental work you may need.

This was hands-down, the best dentistry experience I have ever had in my entire life! The staff were friendly and genuine. I set up an appointment for my husband before leaving the office because I know that I want this to be the dentist my family go see from here on out. Sound the alarm people! Theres a real dentist in town and its Dr. Babb!

Arrive early or don't bother. This is not a convenient location but I was seeking a cosmetic dentist. I live out of town in a rural community and traveled into Evansville specifically for this appointment. First appointment was expensive for X-rays and exam consultation. Scam just to extort money. No work done. 2nd appointment was supposed to be a cleaning. Hygienist scraped bottom lower front teeth and said that's all they had time for. I told them in the initial appointment it had been a couple years since my last cleaning and they still only allowed 1 hour to clean my teeth for this appointment. I took off work because the office only operates part time M-W. Missed a full day of pay and lost wages. Traveled from out of town and they treated me like a cat that shat the carpet. The office coordinator had a real obnoxious entitled stuck up attitude. The office is never busy and I see why. No Saturday service. Act like you aren't paying them to perform a service like any other business. It's not like you can go visit when you need to unless you have a dental emergency. First visit was acceptable. This visit was awful. It took 30 minutes to scrape 6 teeth and floss them and and then they said book another appointment. Never seen a business perform 5% of the job and charge you for full service and then expect you to pay for them to repeat it. Also they did not polish any teeth. They also don't have laser treatments for cavity prevention. No thanks. What a joke. Guess I will be traveling to Louisville for dental work or taking a dental vacation. Even getting a cleaning after 5 years without seeing a dentist I was able to get X-rays, cleaning, polish, and laser treatment for cavity prevention, and consultation with the dentist in under 2 hours and they did the entire mouth not 5%! Do NOT recommend Norton Babb Dentistry. I don't understand how crooked unprofessional people like this even stay in business. Never been scammed and shafted so bad in my life. They must make their money off deep pocket spenders that enjoy patronizing businesses that act like they are doing you a favor by tolerating your presence. Customers that seek value and quality and to not have their time and money wasted need to go anywhere else.
