Could not be happier with the service of this company!! Very kind and knowledgeable technicians that came out to our house 3 different times in the past 2 months, as we had numerous projects on our to-do list. They worked efficiently, did great work and were respectfull of our property. As you can see in the first photo with our grandson, we have had our cable ran from the grandbabies room to our living room for quite some time. We were doing this because we wanted our TV on a different wall than what the builders originally had planned and installed. We called Reitz Electric first and they came out 2 months ago. It was hot, so they asked if they could wait until it cooled down. Sure, no problem. I don't want anyone passing out in the attic, because I can't pull them out. I had to call them twice to actually get on the books. We were finally scheduled for Monday (Halloween) and they called Monday morning and stated they didn't have the supplies for the job. Okay. We rescheduled for today (Friday) at 8 am for them to do the work. This morning at 7:25 to let me know they had another job that needed done before ours and that they wouldn't be coming and we would need to reschedule again. NOPE!!! I'M CALLING SOMEONE ELSE!!! I called Premier Electric, Inc. and explained the situation. She got us on the schedule for next Friday, but said she would try to get someone out here today. Boy did she ever go beyond! I had a call 2 hours later letting me know he was on his way! He came out and had it done in less than 2 hours with a much better plan for moving it and for A LOT LESS money!! I cannot recommend them enough and thank them enough! If you need electrical work done, DO NOT HESTITATE AND CALL THEM!!! Our grandson will be disappointed that he lost his favorite "no-no" toy, but we are happy we no longer have to worry about him pulling that wire and getting hurt!
