Little Room

Showed up to set up a party I booked months in advance, where I also paid an additional fee for a bartender, to see another party in progress. They had double booked the room. I spoke to the owner and her sister who basically had no options for me. Thirty minutes before the party was to begin, they offered to try to find me another venue. Very disappointed to say the least. Months of planning went out the window. Most of the decorations and plans I had for the party were wasted. Will never attempt to book here or with any affiliate after not only the double booking, but the unprofessionalism, and unwillingness to make it right. There was another room but since there was furniture in it, that we offered to move trying to save our party, they would not let us use. I will be in contact for a full refund, as I was not the one who breached the contract signed, and paid in full, months ago.

Got there, room was double booked. What reputable business double books a room?.... this one. Would give negative stars if I could. Almost ruined my best friends 50th birthday party, luckily his wife was able to scramble and get something together at literally the last second.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We had booked plenty of time ahead and they DOUBLE BOOKED US. We had rented 4pm-9pm and when we got there with there was ALREADY A PARTY THERE. They said they had the venue from 5pm-10pm. When we reached out the owners were EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. They offered a refund, but refused to talk to us face to face. It was my father's 50th birthday and they completely wrecked our plans. They COMPLETELY broke our contract. We will NEVER be using this venue again and will be telling everyone about our terrible experience.

Nothing like getting a text 15 mins before a suprise party from someone has planned for months and paid for this venue to find out the venue double booked and is refusing to make any accommodations to help with making then suprise happen. I get stuff happens but to be rude and disrespectful to the customer when it's your mistake is completely uncalled for. I will not be using the venue for feature parties. If only 0 stars was a option.
