        Went in the store around 2 ish 3 today and the employees seemed to be more interested in their phones than helping customers. We were in that store for over an hour (its a small store) waiting for someone to help us because we needed to get something from up high. I usually have a very good experience in the store and normally would not draw attention to something like this but when I see employees leaving other employees to do everything or see employees not doing things for customers that they are the only ones allowed to do those things I have to say something to get someones attention for the future of the store. Personal calls happen, I understand, but the call I overheard was very lighthearted and almost sounded like someone just talking to their friend or boyfriend.
