        Great job on restoration of the older buildings, does excellent work and only hires exceptional workers very very nice crew.

        I rented for a year. I just got my security deposit refund back in the mail. I do have some things to say that I do not believe are fair and I think are very poorly handled. My security deposit was $1000 and they did everything they could to not give it back to me. I had a lot of good things to say about them, but I truly feel that they did everything in their power to take as much of that refund as possible. Some of the deductions I completely understand, but some of it was entirely out of my control and I know I left that place extremely clean compared to what I'm sure you get left with most of the time. I'm extremely disappointed in how this was handled. The communication is extremely poor. My fianc and I cleaned the apartment too to bottom an entire weekend, and they charged me for the most ridiculous things. The apartments are pretty, but VERY poorly handled. I reached out about my concerns with the security deposit and surprise, never heard back. Go rent somewhere else.
