        Overall, the installation was successful despite some scheduling issues and product familiarity.

        I called for a quote to run a gas line in a home we are renovating. They said the owner (Dennis) would come by between 1-2pm to take a look. Dennis calls me at 3:40pm to say he went by the house earlier and no one was home. Very weird considering we had family members who were expecting him, working at the house all day. There were people there all day long. I called Dennis to confirm the address and sure enough, the address I gave was correct. He said he would try to come by the following day, which of course he did not. I havent heard anything since. Ill make sure to not recommend to anyone looking for a plumber.
