        Nothing wrong with the hotel. Staff was friendly, room was clean, and was overall a nice experience. But it's 2024 and I shouldn't have to be a "Hilton Honors" member to get wifi access. "Free wifi for Hilton Honors members! Just input all of your personal info here!" I'm already giving you my money, you don't need to send me unsolicited emails until I die to let my son play Roblox. 1 star.

      eback43, Thank you for the feedback, but I am seeing that there is a lack of understanding here. Our front desk associates do explain that, upon check in, your Wi-Fi password is your last name and room number. The directions for accessing the hotel Wi-Fi are also enclosed within the key card packets. Our apologies here at the hotel, if you thought that you had to be a Honors member to use the WIFI, which is certainly not the case. When staying with us in the future, or any Hilton brand hotel, don't hesitate to ask the front desk for any help at all with anything. We are all more than happy to assist.

      Mike, Our apologies for you seeing garbage in the hallways. Sometimes, cleaning rooms can get a tad messy. I can assure you we have a wonderful staff that keeps our hotel as clean as possible. We do appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will be more mindful moving forward.
