Great experience with Edgar repairing a pesky leak in our roof on 10/5/2021. Took pictures the whole time through and got it done in about an hour and a half. Even cleaned some junk out of our gutters and blew the leaves off our deck. The same is true for a gutter install we had done on 10/19/2021. Both guys were on time and got the job done in under 2 hours. New gutters look awesome! As of 1/12/2022, the leak is back. Not a huge fan of this as I initially called about the roof leak in September 2021 and instead was sold $1,300 worth of gutter replacement and he wanted to add leaf guard for another $700 and the thing I initially wanted done (roof repair) is still not fixed 4 months later. Great salesmanship, not great customer service. When I mentioned the leak again, Taylor went immediately to showing that it’s not under warranty which would mean most likely another $1,000+ dollars for the flashing to be replaced. Next time, I suggest taking care of the initial issue that a customer has before trying to upsell other products…without actually fixing the initial issue. Now they have our money and we still have a roof leak. That’s bad for business. Services: Roof repair, Gutter installation
