      image Tygart advertises for positions they do not have! You take the time to go to their office in Vincennes (I also tried Evansville and they were closed) and no one is ever in the office. Then you email the aodell email and get no response and of course no answer when you call. I finally caught up to them, I'm experienced in coal mining, several years, and a clean background. They told me it might be a few weeks before they will call. I only went there because I thought that was the only way to get on at Responsible Energy. I have a few friends that work for Responsible. The ones that went through Tygart a year ago said the management has went downhill drastically! But, Custom Staffing seemed happy for me to complete an application and was honest with me about any open positions. Tygart was a waste of my time!
