Reliable, respectful and highly reputable. They treat me as a customer, not a number. They go out of their way to be honest and thorough. However they fell short on last visit by finally after 2 years of a repair my car needed to be done "now". When I asked why they didn't bring the matter to my attention on previous visits there was no answer. I had the repair done independently at half the cost they quoted me. All they wanted to do was perform the service and not discuss my concerns about information breakdown.
