SouthPointe Village Apartments

Dont move in here. I just got a noise violation put on my record while I was sleeping. I got another one because the maintenance was underneath my apartment and said I was walking too loudly in my kitchen while making dinner. I tried to explain to them someone was locked out of their apartment and had been pounding on the door for over a hour trying to wake his brother up. Im thinking about getting a lawyer.

I simply LOVE!!!! SOUTHPOINTE VILLAGE APARTMENTS: Hats off to REAL AMERICA for making SPV possible. I am so thankful for Ms. Rhonda Shrewsbury displaying her kindness to me upon meeting her. Ms. Anna cares so much for tenants just amazing! I wanted to wait until I have lived here a while to do a review. I am embarking upon 3 years here now and wanted to post my review. State of the art building and a wonderful area to live in. Just amazing. Being a cancer survivor with a serious heart condition this complex has allowed me to be were I need to be and happy. After enduring chemo, radiation and more I knew I wanted a place catered to my needs as well as health needs. I am extremely pleased and happy with the new manager Ms. Teresa May. She is a breath of fresh air. SHE CARES about everyone and treats everyone with the same kindness. She works so hard and is s kind and professional. Always getting things done -non stop. Her awesomeness and hard work simply is such a wonderful thing to see on a daily basis. I will continue to keep a clean place and always be thankful for where I am at this season in my life. Hats off to SOUTHPOINTE village. REAL AMERICA! I thank the new property manager for coming in and loving what she is doing. Looking all around there is so much to be thankful for living here. I am so glad I was a recipient of the ground breaking day and grand opening. I know the units go quick but if you want a nice beautiful place to live ...move here and enjoy it.
