Chase Bank

The woman that works there was snobbish and pretentious. Lady you work here, youre not even making half what I make at MY job for you to judge me by my appearance or whatever made you act that way towards me. The girls behind the counters at department stores have the same demeanors. They forget that theyre not rich just because they are dealing with rich people at their jobs!

I went to this chase bank to pay on two of my credit cards I wanted to use cash and they can't even process the transaction and they don't even have a counter. Good old fashion people helping people with cash customer service is just going down the tubes isn't it. sad

This is absolutely one of the worst branches. I walked in and no one came to help. A young man walks in behind me then the Asian lady comes out and asked if she could help him, he replied and pointed at me saying that I was there first. She left me and literally told me it was nothing she could do about my debit card not working. She walked away and took the man in her office that was behind me and sat at her desk, on the computer trying to see when his credit card was mailed, that he had not received. I waited for a few minutes and went down the street to the other chase and they got it straight for me. The debit card chip was bad so they ordered a new card for me. It appeared to be systemic racism, thats the only way I can describe it! I have had issues at other chase banks as well My wife and I have decided to close the account with chase as soon as we have all of our paperwork in order
