When I went inside, I had no clue what to get/how to order. The owner was working and she was super kind and helpful on what products they had and all the flavors! I got the banana caramel pecan meal replacement shake and it was so good! 10/10 would recommend. Vegetarian options: Most, if not all of the products sold here are vegetarian Parking: Plenty of parking in the lot Wheelchair accessibility: Theres a ramp outside and all of the shops in the plaza are one story. Dietary restrictions: If youre looking for something high protein, get a meal replacement shake. Theyre so good and the shake had enough protein to hold me over most of the day.

My first time here was a pretty good experience. The employees are knowledgeable and very friendly. I wasnt a huge fan of the flavor I got but thats not anyones fault. In terms of being full, I would say that a 16oz held me over pretty well. Ill definitely be back to find my favorite flavor. Prices are pretty high but thats to be expected with healthier options lol. This place is a good option if you dont have much of an appetite or if youre in a rush and need something quick.

Lance is always very energetic and welcoming every morning I come in. He has been so helpful with my weight loss journey and always suggesting shakes that will help with my needs. Great atmosphere hands down!

Drinks are always amazing, but the best part is the interactions every time I go in. Jess is the sweetest and always goes above and beyond. Making sure to ask how im doing, make conversation, and even asks about things we talked about during past visits. 10/10 would recommend!
