Gradeless Dental

I called into Gradeless Dental with a dental emergency after my tooth became loose during an accident. I was very worried that I was going to lose my tooth. Kathy, their admin, was so warm and comforting on the phone, assuring me that they could see me immediately. I learned they leave a couple emergency slots open each day. I wasn't even an existing patient. When I got there, she called me by name and they had paperwork ready for me as I walked in the door. I was in a chair getting x-rayed within 10 minutes. Despite not having compatible insurance, it was very cost effective. Dr. Gradeless spent 15-20 minutes educating me on what happened, how to take care of it, and also gave me other recommendations for dental work I should have done. I felt that he was very honest and sincere. He was urging me to get this work done somewhere that would accept my insurance and only told me about their own prices after I asked what it would cost to do it here without insurance. It all felt very fair and there was no pressure. I left feeling very comfortable that my situation would heal and with a plan for future dental work. I have nothing but good things to say about each person I interacted with during my visit. Serendipitously, I ran into Mr. & Mrs. Gradeless at a local restaurant the next day. When they spotted me, they walked over and asked how I was doing. I couldn't be more appreciative of their warmth and expertise. I am very grateful for this experience and would recommend this place to anyone.

Going to Gradeless Dental is more like seeing friends than a dental appointment. The atmosphere is pleasant and when people talk with you they are focused on you, not other things. The office, exam rooms and restroom are spotlessly clean! They always have been, even before the pandemic. My teeth were cleaned pain free and with efficiency.

Everyone in this extremely clean office was very caring. A great deal of time was spent explaining my TMJ and what options to correct it if I would chose to do so. I have had this problem for a long time and no dentist has explained this.

Dr Gradeless and his staff are friendly and professional. They greet you with a smile when you arrive. They are prompt, and they are efficient at processing you through scheduling, payment, and other paperwork. The office appears to have the most current technology and equipment. Dr Gradeless, the hygienists, and other technicians are thorough and efficient. I highly recommend Gradeless Dental.
