I never liked going to the dentist and have had so many bad experiences. This was My first visit with Dr. Vail. Everyone was fantastic from the front desk to Dr. Vail. I was treated so well and the procedure was painless. I had two root canals done at the same time. It was a process of three visits and the care of the staff members was as good as my first visit. I have been seen in both of her locations and the offices are so clean and up to date with the best equipment. I absolutely love Dr. Vail. She explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable. After each visit she called me the next day to make sure everything was okay. Her care and concern are genuine!!! If you want the best- go to her!!!

I went to a different dentists office in Carmel (Tom Nasser) for this root canal and left before the procedure due to the awful treatment from the dentist. He yelled at me because of my gag reflex and asked if I am on depression medication. He made me feel belittled and exploited. I am anxious when I go to any doctor but everyone at Endodontic Specialists listened and took great care of me. The entire staff was caring and concerned with my well being through the entire procedure. It took 2 visits before I was comfortable and able to have treatment. Im so thankful I found Endodontic Specialists. If you need any type of dental treatment completed I highly and strongly recommend a nearly painless experience with Endodontic Specialists. Shout out to Dr. Mintz! Youre awesome! I cannot remember who assisted her on the morning of my procedure but it was like having a sweet and caring aunt there.
