I met Nick Bozzelli over 10 years ago. I believe in sales it's referred to as a "cold call", he came in to my salon and I gave him very little time to impress me. He made it very easy to like him. He's a great businessman and I appreciate his personality and professionalism. Nick has been handling my business insurance as well as my personal insurance. Just recently, his associate was having difficulty getting me to answer my calls and I'm horrible about email. Nick calls me... after 10 years, he's in my contacts, he tells me that they're trying to save me $132 a month on vehicle insurance, but I wasn't responding! Talk about making my day! I believe I was still on mandatory shut down for non essential business and had not received any stimulus or PUA. Bozzelli & Associates were still working and saved me a lot of money. I owe Nick and his Associates a big thank you! I can't imagine dealing with anyone else. Thank you, Jennifer Butts

Nick was a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough when explaining every part in detail. He called and checked in with me, but did not make me feel pressured to make a decision right away. I believe 100% he got me the best quote for what I needed. I will refer Nick to anyone with insurance needs.
