This fall I was in the process of buying a new house and I was having trouble getting a quote from my agent I had at the time. I reached back out to Jack since he had been my agent previously and knew and trusted him. He got a quote out to me within the day and personally called me to apologize for the other agent, even though he had nothing to do with the situation! I plan on sticking with him because he works hard at building personal relationships with his customers and always asks about my kids. If you want things done right with a personal touch, this is the guy to go with!
