Stacy was exactly what I needed in my fitness journey! She is my coach, my teammate, and my biggest cheerleader. She is great to work with and I love the small gym feel of Studio Fitnez. Stacy encourages but pushes when needed, shes always positive and upbeat! Ive been extremely happy working with her and would recommend her to anyone thinking of working with a trainer.

After my leg injury and hip surgery, I was informed that I should never run again or walk any long distance. Well, being a Harbour and stubborn, I signed up for the Mini. I will admit that prior to meeting Stacy, I struggled with 3 miles. It was truly ugly. Needless to say, I completed the Indianapolis Mini Marathon in 3 hrs 25 minutes. Without Stacy's professional supervision and proper workout program, I would have never finished this race. I truly gained with Gains With Goins.

Stacy is wonderful! She really listens to my goals and designs my workouts to help get me to my goals! Her motivation and inspiration keeps me going. I work out with Stacy early Monday mornings and its a great way to start the week!
