Justin was always right on with helping me. Speed was insane on how fast he was reaching out and responding. He also was a huge help to me educationally. As someone with a moderate amount of knowledge, he was able to help expand my knowledge of lending and loans throughout the process. From the jump he was very upfront with what to expect and never pushed me or got all salesman on me. I truly felt he cared about me and my decision for life rather than just viewing me as another paying client. Will 100% use justin again!!

Caleb and I could not have been happier with our first home buying experience with Justin! Justin was thorough, very responsive, knowledgeable, kind and patient with us. He made sure to walk us through everything, even though we gave him a pretty fast timeframe we needed to get done by (needless to say he made this process a super quick breeze!). We will for sure be going through Justin for anything else we need in this regard in the future, we cannot recommend him enough.

For those who think its impossible to get a mortgage these days. Well guess again. Justin went the xtra mile to deliver. Up front , professional loan officer. Can't give him 10 stars because survey doesn't give me that option. Would definitely call him again for my next transaction.

I am a first time home buyer. By luck of the draw, I received a call from Justin Jones. I had lots of questions and, equally as many concerns about actually being able to purchase a home. I was immediately comfortable speaking with Justin and he was quick to put my mind at ease. A few unique circumstances did arise during the process and Justin was always just a call, text or email away to promptly address my concerns. He was continuously pleasant and professional, very thorough, extremely knowledgeable and, above all else, patient! I truly believe that had it been anyone else handling my file, I would have gotten increasingly frustrated and, perhaps even thrown in the towel but i put my trust in Justin and I prevailed!
