Very unprofessional service. I received a call after submitting an inquiry online on Friday April 10th. Tim went over several options how to sell my property and if we didn’t want to pursue any of those options that he presented us he would still make an offer on my property “because he was cash heavy”. I informed him that I would talk things over with my spouse and get back to him on Monday. I emailed Tim on Monday April 13th stating which option we would like to take and didn’t receive a response, so I called Tim on Tuesday April 14th and left him a voicemail. He has yet to return any communications. *If the company was to correct this action, the review will be updated.

After two other attempts to sell a fixer-upper, Ittenbach Capital was our third try. They came through for us and made the process easy. They had a top notch rating on BBB and worked all over the state of Indiana. The price was fair for the condition and location of the house, and Tim was patient through the title search process. This house had been owned by the same person for over 50 years, so there were no online records. It took digging through archives to find the records.
