        Definitely a different vibe. I was here a while back and had the absolute best experience... So much so that when I needed to visit UPS store again recently, I drove past two other stores to go to this one. But it's clearly a different place as other reviewers have noted. While I did get what I went for, the service was stiff, unfriendly, and employees looked and sounded as if they were disappointed to see customers in the store. Needless to say, they won't see this one again.

        I used to love this store. Then the ownership changed and the package I had mailed right before the change never go delivered and was returned to the store. They never contacted me . They didnt refund me. They were not going to do anything for me until I complained and then told me there would be a credit in store for me to use the next time I needed to mail something. Needless to say..there was no such credit. Ill be using the mail stop across the street from now on

      Sorry your last visit didn't meet your expectations. Upon changing management, we can't refund old transaction to same payment method you use at that time. But we value our customer so we can give you credit in new shipping need. Please visit store and ask for manager, He will give refund for last shipment.
