Everytime I call for an update on the waitlist Im always getting bumped down. At first I was 8th on the list and then now Im 18th. I applied for a studio then I asked for 1 bedroom and they said it would be longer. I think at this point they just take your money.

I have not live there in 7yr but my stay for 2yr was nice people are very nice even when I lock my self out and I work 50min a way and the office would be close I ask them if they could just go unlock my door and when they came out act like they lock it up for and they did. But on movie out I told them I was moving out next month more then a 30day notice she said she need it in writing I said ok so I type it up drop it off in the nite box told them that she said that fine I would leave before they open and get home after ththe off was close. She said never got it . I left a clean apt clean the carpet and still took me to court for for the work they did to make it liveable and she resigned my lease for and got me for a hole yr of rent.

I really didn't want to give a bad review but I need to be honest here. I lived here for 2yrs and had literally no issues. Everyone was friendly and matinence guys are amazing and I felt safe living here. Now, upon moving out over 2mo ago and returning my keys I asked if they needed a forwarding address. I was told no and it was no problem they would still send me my deposit. I waited for over a month after moving out to receieve my deposit by mail... no check...first red flag I then called to follow up and was told that I never gave them a return address. Second red flag. I then gave them a week or so to follow up and send the deposit that I was told would be returned in full. No check in the mail, imagine that. I called back. No return call. Called again a week later and was told by the property manager that it was in processing. Now again no check in the mail over a week later. Now, I believe this is being pushed off on purpose since it's now the end of the year. I've contacted my attorney and there will either be a check printed and waiting to physically pick up or a court date scheduled. Sad that they ruined their positive review over a small deposit and lies. It's now about the principle of it all. Do better and be better!
