One of the nicest apartments Ive ever lived in. Absolutely love it. Mine came with Washer/Dryer! One less thing to worry about and those two things are always a pain when it comes to moving. Biggest thing Ive noticed with previous apartments, is there always some type of wear and tear. Not here, everything worked, no broken fixtures, no water damage of any kind, all switches work, appliances work, fridge, oven, stove, water drain properly in the sinks/kitchen, dish washer, garage disposal. I couldnt find any issues. Another thing I really loved, is that they give you three days after moving in to complete the inspection list. Every other apartment I rented from expects you to fill it out on the spot, when you first step inside. So you cant really do an in depth inspection. Then they try to nail it to you later. After you find those already existing problems that you might of overlooked. This place is fantastic, very friendly and professional. I highly recommend staying here.
