the people who work here are all very nice and lovely but watch out for the owning corporation, YAD Gardens 2 LLC. i have had a request to fix my front porch in for over a year and the only thing theyve done so far is raise my rent by $40/month despite multiple attempts to contact them and have it repaired. this is a safety hazard especially as i am a right leg below-knee amputee. because of this i have been unable to use my front door since i moved in. i will never again live in an apartment owned by YAD Gardens 2 LLC and i honestly would advise anyone else not to either, unless you form a tenants union first. 4/11 update: after a full days worth of googling i discovered yad gardens 2 llc is owned by a company called emerald empire inc, and in particular ran by moshe wechsler. i have reached out multiple times to the front office and called moshe directly and i have still heard no updates on fixing my front porch. if i could rate less than 1 star i would. this is absolutely unacceptable and frankly i find it extremely frustrating that a company in new york is profiting off of myself and the other residents of coventry court townhomes while seemingly actively refusing to help us. congratulations to emerald empires inc for posting record profits made off the backs of hardworking individuals via multiple shell corporations posted in several states so that they can ignore the humanity of those they are profiting from.

Great place to live. Danica was always a huge help with any maintenance issues or questions. Any issues would get fixed timely and I would recommend living here to anyone who would ask for a place to rent.
