        Is this place for real??? Twice I got letters about an account I have there being restricted because they detect fraud. I've never had an account there. I called the fraud dept 100's of times and I just wait on hold forever. Does an actual employee work in the fraud dept?? You would think the fraud dept would answer their phone quickly, especially at a bank!!!
