Called to sell a crib they said it wouldn't be a problem but failed to tell me they stop buying at 6 so had to drive the whole way and unload everything just to load up again and maybe bring it back tomorrow completely unprofessional

Very rude employees to start. Every time I go on here the employees clearly would rather be anywhere else. Today, employees were complaining about other employees and management loud enough for customers to hear. Signage isn't clear. There is currently a winter clearance event going on. This only applies to long sleeve shirts/sweatshirts and pants/ sweats. This is not clarified . Before the owner gets on here saying disgruntled former employee... that was over 10 years ago. Not the case.

The last time I sold here I was absolutely disappointed in how many of my items they bought & how little the offer was. So I chalked it up to, its just that one time. Since my previous buys had been decent but after today I am VERY disgusted with this store. They took 32 items and offered $31 for those items. Less than $1 per item. Which is a slap in the face when the items they purchased were several pairs of Hunter Boots (retail $60+), Doc Martin Boots (retail $60+) and several high end brands like SweetHoney, Love & Grow, Lily Pulitzer, etc. They buy these items for less than you see them priced at a garage sale and then turn around and price them $15+ for other customers. Im not expecting to get back half of what I paid for them because they are loved & in great condition but damn offering $1-$2 for something you know costs way more is downright rude. It would be different if I was selling baby onesies and only getting $1 for them but we all know the bigger kids get the more expensive clothing & shoes are. We take our time carefully sorting for cute & unique clothing that other children can enjoy but after these past two experiences I am done with this store. I would rather drive to the Indy store to sell to individuals that know and value both the quality of the items & give an appropriate offer. Additionally, Im convinced they didnt even fully look at the clothes in both of my bins today. I used to shop here & be so excited to score boutique brands for my kids when they were little which is why we wanted to continue selling ours to this store. Maybe the employees arent familiar with high end brands considering the last time I shopped there it was majority target, Walmart & Carters clothing. Regardless, save your time and energy cause this store aint it.
