The lady had a very bad attitude and would not stop arguing with me. Every time I tried to get a word out she would just say Mam Mam Mam Mam very loud and abruptly. Very rude. When I asked to speak with the manager she said fine I'll just transfer you to them so they can tell you the same thing I am. They really don't seem to care about their people at all. I called to try to set up a payment plan to fix my credit and she told me I had to pay everything up front or I had to put a large amount down and then pay three hundred bucks a month until it's paid off and even they don't normally do that because it's taking more than 24 months to pay off so I should be paying even more a month. I told her that I cannot afford that and it's not that I'm not going to pay I just need a lower amount that is Affordable for me and she said we're not talking about a $1,000 debt it is $10,000 in medical debt and if I wanted a smaller amount to pay each month I should have called back in 2015 and when I first got it. I told her I was young years and didn't have a clue about how to fix credit back then I was just concerned about my tumor! Now that I'm older and focusing on my life goals, I'm trying to pay off my debt so I can move on with my life and buy a house and she told me it wasn't her problem because she works for the company not me and if I wanted to be able to settle for a less amount she could give me 15% off but I had to pay it all up front ($9,500) or not settle and pay the whole thing but put down a large amount down ($3000) and then still pay three hundred bucks a month. I told her that was out of the question with all my other bills I have, too! So I guess I'm stuck with this debt for life.
