    We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We picked it because it was the least expensive option with a pool that had decent reviews. The staff was extremely accommodating and polite. The breakfast was good. The atmosphere was friendly. The only criticism is the hotel could use a facelift. It wasn't dirty at all, just dated. The pool had just been opened up, and the hot tub was coming soon. If the lady (assuming the manager) reads this, thank you so much for making the stay great. I truly believe if you weren't there, this review wouldn't have been nearly as positive. You came in to work both your days off (Friday and Saturday), and you did it with a smile on your face.

    Very thankful for the super helpful young lady helping me at the front desk. None of the other hotels would take us because we are traveling with service dog. And they graciously got us a room and we're very nice and helpful about it

    Do not stay here.was doin a staycation with grand kids to swim told pool was running.when I booked the room 2 days before we got there.when we get there they say pool is outta service today on a Sunday.they said the pool guy would be there at 3 am it will be be up and running on monday.well it's Monday now they don't know when it will be running front desk staff is rude asked for a refund so could take kids elsewhere to swim for 1 day they said theres nothing they can do.breakfast sucks don't count on that filling you up.just stay elsewhere and you'll be better off all the wSy around

    Just to let you know that I have worked in customer service for 30 plus years . Our party of 3 checked in on March 15 after a 10-12 hour drive, and we called the hotel to let them know we were coming in late. Upon our arrival we were checked in and when we got to the room we were greeted with an unclean musty smell. we were tired so we unloaded our luggage and we realized that there was no tv remote for the pull out sofa room. So we tried to call the front desk on the phone. Unfortunately, the phone was dead. As were deciding what to do, we noticed the urine smell by the fridge and microwave area. We went down to the front desk and they moved us to another room after about an hour or so. Just to give you context of where we were mentally, we were there for one day, to bury our baby sister. We paid for two nights, but unfortunately they were only able to move us to a king jacuzzi room for one night. We were not able to unpack,so we left our luggage with the front desk on our way to the funeral Saturday morning. What an inconvenience that was. Upon returning from the funeral late that evening, they were still not sure of what room we should be in. I let them know that the woman from the previous day had reserved room 203 for us. He then checked and saw that it was reserved. We arrived to the room and discovered that it had no phone, the curtains were sheer with no black out curtains and were faced up against another hotel looking right into our room and street light shining right in on us. We went down to the front desk, and her solution to the curtain situation was her giving us blankets to cover the windows. Needless to say we moved rooms 3 times and there was no discount given to our stay. There excuse was that we booked through Expedia, a third party app. Well actually no, the rooms would be exactly the same no matter who we booked through. The rooms should have been clean and we should have been compensated for our additional moves. Our make up case was left there because of them. Ironically, its been almost two weeks and I still havent received the $50 cleaning deposit in the case that the room was left unclean after our stay. And truthfully, I would question if their bedding was clean because I dont think they had an adequate cleaning staff. Never once between moving from room to room did I see anyone cleaning rooms. Contacting corporate will not help because they just dont care. They are one of those companies. The only saving grace about our stay was the breakfast food and the breakfast area, and the young lady Asterid, who serviced that area. She was wonderful.
