Friendly staff and clean rooms. They let me park my motorcycle under the front entrance awning to keep it safe from overnight rain and thunder storms.

The location is great, so many restaurants that you can walk to. But we got a King Suite and the pictures that was shown on the website for the room I thought I was getting is not what we got! This is our first night here and we are here for 3 nights and stuck in a room that is nothing like what was pictured which is false advertisement! We paid a lot for a room that we didnt get! That is the only reason Im giving it 1 star. Otherwise its a very clean hotel. The guy at the front desk wouldnt even move us to a room that was more like the advertised room! Was told I dont know what to tell you wasnt offered a portion of the money back for not getting what we paid for or anything! Dont stay here there are plenty of Hotels in Fort Wayne that are what they say and will actually accommodate their guests! Had I known that what we was getting wasnt what was advertised we would have stayed home, we are on a min vacation from our 40 hour week normal job but I still have a small business to run and I picked this place cause it accommodated our needs only to find out it doesnt accommodate anything and we are out almost $400. I could have stayed home and got the same accommodation for free! The owner even responded to this claiming that we got what was advertised but on their website for this exact room it shows a completely different picture compared to what we got! So to top it off the owner is liar! Even the guy who checked us in admitted that it wasnt the room that was pictured and knew it was false advertisement! Pathetic service and pathetic owner who lies

The location is convenient and there are restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly, and asked what floor I wanted to stay on, which I appreciated. The room was only ok. It was clean, but the mattress felt worn out and was very bouncy. The air conditioning couldnt get the room as cool as I like, and the windows didnt open. Housekeeping accidentally gave me 2 bottles of conditioner and no shampoo. I would stay here again if it was a good deal, but if there were other similarly priced options, Id probably stay there instead.
Rooms: Windows didnt open to let in cold air for sleeping, and the a/c wouldnt get very cold. Mattress wasnt very comfortable. That combination meant I didnt sleep well and was tired the next day.
